Vhonani Nemakhavhani
Vhonani Nemakhavhani is the Director of Cyborg Security (Pty) Ltd, responsible for the company’s strategy, governance and key client relationships. The Director is accountable for ensuring that every deployment meets PSIRA requirements, labour legislation, B-BBEE commitments and the terms of each client’s service level agreement.

Clear structure
The Director oversees administration, HR, marketing and operations. Operations managers, area managers and site supervisors are responsible for every security officer.

Every contract starts with site due diligence and a service level agreement defining scope, posts, grades, shifts and reporting.
Supervision & audits
Unannounced day and night site visits, hourly radio check-ins with the central control office and regular performance evaluations.
Transparent reporting
Incident and weekly reports, monthly management reports and service reviews with each client.
Legal compliance
PSIRA, BCEA, LRA, EEA, OHS Act, COIDA, UIF, SARS and POPIA obligations are monitored and met.
Confidentiality & ethics
Officers and management are bound by confidentiality and the PSIRA Code of Conduct.
