The right people, properly vetted
Every officer is screened through PSIRA and SAPS before employment, and attendance of recognised training at accredited security training institutions is verified. Background checks go back as far as 20 years, and we particularly welcome candidates with armed-forces, first-aid or other relevant experience.

Promoting from within
Course content includes health and safety, first-aid awareness, fire awareness, staff development and security training. Staff can progress through the ranks with courses in store detection, supervision, CCTV operation, arrest and restraint, vetting and screening, and close protection — and firearm and dog-handling training is open to all staff.
